Nominate a Member
Where passion for golf brings our community together.
Criteria for Nomination:
- A Nominee for membership must be an 18 hole player who is a member of Golf Canada, holds a Golf Canada handicap index of 32 or less and has had her fiftieth birthday.
- The proposer, seconder and two sponsors must have been members of the C.W.S.G.A. for at least two years.
- The proposer, seconder and one sponsor must be members of the Provincial Branch in which the nominee's club is situated.
- A member may propose only one candidate and second only one other candidate in any calendar year.
- An Inactive member may not sign an application for membership.
Process for Nomination
Proposers must contact the Ontario Branch Vice President to advise that they wish to propose a new member and who they plan to have supporting the proposal. The following forms can be downloaded to your computer, however they cannot be filled in "online".
